"Let's Relax: Teacher, Take a Break!" Expressive Arts Joint-school Initiative (hereinafter referred to as the “Initiative”), co-organised by Fun & Care Expressive Arts Therapy Hub and Association of Information Technology and Leaders in Education (AiTLE), aims to provide teachers with a space for self-care and stress reduction amid their busy teaching lives. Through various expressive arts modalities (such as visual arts, music, dance, drama, creative writing, etc.), teachers can engage in a transformative process. The Initiative is honoured to have Dr. Fiona Chang (Rising Star Registered Expressive Arts Therapist with the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association (IEATA); Vice-Chairperson of Art in Hospital) and Mr. Aleck Kwong (Registered Expressive Arts Therapist; Recipient of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award 2025) as Honorary Advisors, and receives funding support from Cheah Capital, transport subsidy from GoGoX, and school partnership from Coding 101.
In the first edition (2025–2026), 30 schools have participated, with "Let's Relax: Teacher, Take a Break!" expressive arts experiential workshops completed for over half of the participating schools. It is estimated that more than 1200 teachers have benefited.
